RAISSE Foundation Overview: Key Documents

Below you will find eight key documents related to RAISSE Foundation. They are:

1) Organisation Overview: This document provides a high level overview of the entire organisation including it's governance structure, finance breakdown and HR processes.

2) Articles of Association for RAISSE Foundation: This document is the official registered memorandum and articles of association for RAISSE Foundation which was incorporated in the UK as a non-profit company Ltd by guarantee on 7th October 2024.

3) Z2C CSR Policy: This document is the CSR Policy of Zoom 2 Communications Ltd which will be the corporate director and sole guarantor of RAISSE Foundation. The CSR Policy is significant as it is the policy from which RAISSE Foundation was first initiated.

4) Articles of Association of Z2C: This document is the final draft of the articles of association for Zoom 2 Communications Ltd which will be officially updated onto Companies House in due course.

5) Decision Making Policy: This document is the final draft of the policy that will govern how decisions are made within the organisation especially what powers the Oversight and Scrutiny Committee (OSC) will have and what powers will remain with the board of directors in accordance with the Companies Act 2006.

6) Oversight and Scrutiny Committee (OSC) Overview & Policies: This document is a final draft which explains the role and responsibilities of the OSC.

7) All job roles at RAISSE Foundation: This document provides details of all the job roles that RAISSE Foundation require to be filled and how to apply for each job.

8) Vetting Process: This document explains our extensive vetting process for hiring staff.
